My sessions are for those who feel lost or stuck.

They’re a combination of intuitive insight and practical next steps for anyone feeling like now is the time for clarity and transformation.

My role is to perceive and speak truth to the underlying patterns and next steps that may be difficult to access on your own. This work is especially supportive for those who feel torn between a deep, inner knowing and the pressure of external expectations.

The point of a 1:1 session is to leave feeling a shift, a spark, and know exactly what needs to happen next, rather than endlessly circling the same doubts and questions.

These sessions are designed to subvert traditional 1:1 models that rely on long-term dependency for success. Instead, they help you trust yourself more deeply so you can move forward with greater confidence and autonomy.

I work with individuals who want to:

  • Leave a career to work for themselves

  • Process pivotal life changes

  • Articulate who they are and what they do for professional purposes, but they’re having trouble seeing themselves clearly

  • Organize and frame their business in a way that is authentic to who they are and honors their boundaries, both technically and conceptually

  • Move through grief, burnout, and/or creative confusion

  • Outgrow an old self and move through a transformative cycle

Clients often leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, their situation, and what needs to happen next. And rather than forcing people into rigid, one-size-fits-all “solutions” or external definitions of success, my sessions help individuals reconnect with their own inner compass.

Through working with hundreds of clients, I’ve found that once honored, this inner compass consistently guides you toward your own definition of success and contentment.

Each session is 90 minutes and takes place via Zoom.

  • What happens in a session actually begins before the session itself.

    After reviewing and accepting your application, I begin tuning into the clarity that most wants to emerge during our time together. Insights immediately start to surface for you.

    I begin each session with a moment of grounding and centering before checking in. As you share, I’m intuitively identifying what’s underneath the surface, where clarity is needed, and what’s ready to shift.

    It’s not unusual for a session to feel like consulting, coaching, emotional catharsis, education, and a reading, all wrapped into one.

    I end with a review of practical next steps before intentionally closing the session. You’ll also receive a follow-up email from me within 24 hours.

  • If you’re interested in working together, please apply and complete the form. The application helps me understand where you are, what you’re moving through, and whether this work feels like the right fit for what you need right now.

    These sessions are personalized to each client. The application allows me to prepare and ensures the work feels supportive and aligned for both of us.

    I regularly review applications, and if it feels like a good fit, I’ll reach out with a booking and payment link.

    I respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days.

    Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable.

  • Most clients come to me when they’re in an in-between space and can feel something wanting to change, but can’t yet see it clearly on their own. I often work with women and small business owners/entrepreneurs, or those in fields with a high level of autonomy. However, I do not limit my clients to business owners.

  • The work we do in a session needs time to digest and percolate. I suggest no more than one session per quarter. Depending on the client, I may extend the offer of a package for more frequent sessions, but only if it’s a fit for your unique situation and needs.

Shona’s story:

Sara communicated with our son before he was born and opened us up to the idea that consciousness precedes life. When my water broke at 20 weeks during the onset of the pandemic, we planned for the impending loss. Throughout my journey of miraculously continuing the pregnancy for nearly 13 weeks, Sara’s sessions were instrumental in helping us to connect with hope, peace, and a deep trust that our son’s story was not over.

Not only did she connect with an angelic presence protecting our baby and me, but our son also used Sara as a communication channel to tell her when he would arrive. Four weeks later, our son Forest was born, and unbeknownst to us, he’d been born on the exact day he shared with Sara. While in surgical recovery, Sara shared her notes from the session a month prior, confirming the exact date.

Our son spent nearly 13 waterless weeks en utero and was born healthy, only spending 20 days in the NICU to learn how to eat and grow.
